The participants of the course participants should have Internet access and intermediate skills in using ICT.
A spirit of mutual encouragement and support is encouraged by teachers as well as fostering a collaborative learning environment among colleagues.
Tutors should use a developmental mentoring approach.

Students study for approx 10 hours per week (Incl. course- & self-directed study and the completion of assignments)

Learners will use a real or adopted professional perspective throughout the course to frame their discussions and reflections and in their assignments

Use of a reflective personal blog and eportfolio are encouraged throughout the module.
Assessment of the module integrated with the teaching and learning activities so that all assignment work is a learning experience.
Assignments relate to personal context and practices.

O primeiro endereço (http://mympel2012.crowdvine.com) foi
criado com o intuito de ir pondo a par, os participantes, de todos os passos e
preparativos para o grande dia (09/novembro/2012). Este endereço antes da
conferência foi um lugar onde eram dadas todas as informações necessárias para
o evento. Durante o dia da conferência foi importante, pois tinha informações
como o programa definitivo e a localização das ações pelas salas do Palácio
Ceia, Universidade Aberta.
O segundo endereço (https://www.facebook.com/MPeL.UAb) consiste numa página do
facebook, dando visibilidade à conferência nas redes sociais, sendo um
excelente espaço de troca de mensagens constantes e interação entre as pessoas
que não puderam participar presencialmente, os que tiveram virtualmente, os “facebokianos” e a comissão organizadora,
que estava muito atenta às questões que eram colocadas e transmitiam-nas para a
sala onde decorria a conferência.
